Attorney with 12 years of professional experience in tax and corporate law. Graduated from the University Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario specialist in tax law of the same University. He worked as Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Firm and as senior attorney at Ernst & Young in both firms in the area of legal and tax services.
During his career she has advised clients in tax law: consulting, tax planning, litigation and due diligence. In corporate law, she has worked as an advisor in the incorporation of companies by foreign investors, business structuring, permanent legal advice in corporate and contractual matters. Speaks Spanish and English.
Edgar Ivan Leon

Attorney graduated from the Universidad Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, with a specialization in commercial law from the Javeriana University, in civil law from the University of Salamanca (Spain), Master in Commercial Law from the Externado University of Colombia and Doctor in Law from the Alfonso X University (Spain). He has worked as a lawyer in the legal department of the Chamber of Commerce, an advisor to the international affairs department of the Ministry of Justice, an editorial lawyer for Legis Editores, a professor at different universities in the country in undergraduate, postgraduate, master's, doctorate and lecturer in matters of private law.
During his career he has been a legal advisor for more than 20 years in matters of corporate law, partnerships, civil, contracts, inheritance and trademarks. Lawyer advisor in incorporation of companies by foreign investors, business structuring and contracts. Speaks Spanish and English.
Yanira Rodriguez
Tax Partner
Public Accountant Specialist in Taxes on the Javeriana and Central Universities, experience as a teacher in local Universities. He has 12 years of professional experience, in which he has participated and led tax planning, auditing, tax consulting and consulting matters of national and foreign companies. He has led tax due diligence, preparation and review of tax returns, requests refunds before the Tax Authority.
He worked in the accounting area of the Totto Company and in the tax department of the PricewaterhouseCoopers.
